The Purpose of this Post is to have Three in May

That's it.

This is a shameless, empty post. It is devoid of humor, substance, and introspection.

In fact, it is devoid of CONTENT.

Devoid is one of my favorite words. My least favorite words are cyst, moist, and irregardless, which all of you know is not a word at all.

I once knew a woman who thought the expression is It never seeks to amaze me.

That's all I have today. Three whopping posts in May. Count 'em.

Back soon. Promise.

Lol, well, it is something at least. I am a terrible speller, as my friend Katie always reminds me, but I have a thing for the sounds of words. Like vitamin. I say it really strangely, not v-ite-a-min but v-it-amin. Lol, I love the way people look at me when I say it.
Come back soon Claire!

What would I do without you THREE!?

Your loyalty and stick-to-it-ness holds me up and inspires me.

I'll be baaaaahhhhk.

OOOH, my husband says irregardless all the time and it is infuriating to me. He also says ruint for ruined. Can't stand it.
The truly scary thing is that the spell check seems to know how to spell irregardless, (not a word), and sooo many other words slip right under the radar...
Thanks for visiting me at "my place"!

To have three what in may? I like to have three a week at least.

Well, I have been checking back regularly to see if you have posted any more. I guess I missed a few days.

My least favorite is "for all intensive purposes" and I have to bite my tongue because nobody likes a smarty-pants.

Well, some people do...

Come back soon!

Oh, haffasstic--if D. said "irregardless" he would be nagged endlessly. Endlessly. If not completely drummed our of our little tribe.

Mary Alice--oh em gee. You are a pistol, as they used to say in South Carolina. And three a week? Are you nineteen or do you just (and good for you) act like you are? Sigh.

Sojourner, you came along at a dry time, to say the least. I thank you for your patronage and promise I have lots of good news and good writing ahead. Hope you enjoy.

And Melanie!!!! So glad you came by. I've missed you tons. Most of all, THANK YOU for reminding me of one of the OTHER annoying sayings the same woman would say (there were three and I cannot remember the other one, damz it): FOR ALL INTENSIVE PURPOSES. She said that one too! Thanks. My brain can rest now.
